1. Manager – Incubation

Vacancy: 1

Employment: 1-year contract

The Manager – Incubation will provide leadership for incubation and acceleration programmes and help develop Kerala’s startup ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing incubation programmes, developing new sector-focused initiatives, building partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies and industry stakeholders, and mentoring programme staff.

Qualification & Experience

Candidates should have:

• Graduation with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or
• MBA with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in startup ecosystem development, incubation, innovation management, project management or related areas.
• Experience managing incubators, innovation centres, Technology Business Incubators or public-private partnership initiatives is relevant.

Experience in stakeholder management, P&L responsibilities and large-scale programme management is desirable.

2. Manager – Fab Lab

Vacancy: 1

The Manager will oversee FabLab operations, project delivery, partnerships, workshops, procurement, budgeting, revenue management and customer relations.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech is mandatory.
• Fab Academy, MBA (Regular) or M.Tech is required.
• Minimum 6 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in digital fabrication or industrial production.
• Experience in designing, prototyping or digital fabrication is essential.

Knowledge of 2D/3D designing, engineering teams, CAM software, EDA and embedded programming is useful.

3. Sr. Developer – Full Stack

The Senior Developer will work on scalable web applications, portals, databases, APIs and server-side infrastructure. The role also involves exploring and implementing AI technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, intelligent search, document processing and chatbots.

Qualification & Experience

Candidates should have:

• B.Tech/B.E. in relevant streams such as CS, IT, EEE, EC or other circuit branches.
• Minimum 4 years of total experience in software development.

4. Assistant Manager – IEDC

10. Intern – Civil
