Salary Details
The stipend for apprentices will be as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules 1992/2019.
- Graduate and Technician Apprentices: Stipend will be paid in two parts – 50% by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) and the remaining 50% by IOCL.
- Trade Apprentices: Stipend will be paid in full by IOCL.
- Note: Candidates must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to receive the stipend.

- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualifications
- Trade Apprentice:
- 10th pass with ITI in a relevant discipline.
- Technician Apprentice:

- Degree in any discipline.
