About K-DISC and KKEM
K-DISC is a strategic think-tank and advisory body established by the Government of Kerala to foster innovation, technology, and sustainable development in the state. The Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM) aims to provide employment opportunities to educated individuals, including returnees who lost jobs abroad and fresh graduates struggling to find work. The mission plans to skill 20 lakh individuals over the next five years, promoting innovative ideas and equipping youth with updated skills.

Remuneration will be fixed based on relevant experience and additional qualifications.
Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny: Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria.
- Written Test/Skill Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test or skill assessment (computer proficiency and documentation skills).
- Interview: Final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
- Provisional Appointment: Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for one year or until the completion of CMD’s assignment at K-DISC.
