Job Description:
A- Understand the business challenges faced by our sellers, derive actionable insights and concise recommendations.
B- Build the capabilities for how we integrate science/analytics models necessary for evaluation and implementation of new strategies to support seller growth and drive highest return on investment for sellers (for Fees and Lending).
C- Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary datasets, updating existing metrics as well as create new metrics.
D- Educate, inform, and drive business decisions by connecting your analysis through the lens of financial performance.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or equivalent work experience.
B- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
C- Fluency in SQL is a must.
D- Proficiency in analytical data manipulation on large marketing databases and external data sources.
