Job Description:

A Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for managing the housekeeping office to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while receiving all incoming calls and managing guest requests.

Responsibilities:

A- Manage the Housekeeping office.
B- Allocate room and task lists to team members.
C- Log and store all lost property after each shift; send lost property to guests in line with procedures.
D– Manage guest requests and enquiries immediately.

Requirements:

A- Good communication and telephone skills.
B– Ability to work under pressure.
C– Accountable and resilient.
D– Excellent organisational and planning skills.
