The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this
notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against
the above vacancy earmarked for the above mentioned Community, but
remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the
ranked list published on 26.07.2018 (Cat.No.563/2014) or three years from
the date of publication of the NCA Ranked list whichever is earlier.

Kerala State Water Transport Recruitment 2021 Qualification Details:

Pass in Standard VII or equivalent qualification.
Must be proficient in the various aspects of painting.

Note:-

The Proficiency of the Candidate will be assessed at the time of
selection in a practical test to be conducted by the Public Service
Commission.
Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.
In the case of difference in original caste/ community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
