Office Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE


Purpose of the position:

The Office Manager is responsible for running the everyday operations of the office smoothly. The job holder will also provide administrative and organizational support to the office employees.


  • Providing personal assistance primarily for the Managing Director/Accountable Manager
  • Managing and maintaining schedule, travel and related logistics for all employees
  • Managing Managing Director/Accountable Manager’s diary, scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings and conference calls
  • Preparing Meeting Minutes
  • Preparation, executing and follow-up of any occurring business events
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Cooperates with other Business Assistants on a regular basis
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and responsible for IT inventory
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
