Educational Qualifications

Geoscience Disciplines

1. Geologist:
   • Postgraduate Degree in Geology or M.Sc./M.Tech in Petroleum Geoscience/Geology/Geological Technology with minimum 60% marks.
2. Geophysicist (Surface/Wells):
   • Postgraduate Degree in Geophysics or M.Tech in Geophysical Technology with minimum 60% marks.
   • Alternatively, a Postgraduate Degree in Physics with Electronics is also acceptable.

Engineering Disciplines

1. AEE (Production) Mechanical:
   • Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
2. AEE (Production) Petroleum:
   • Graduate Degree in Petroleum Engineering/Applied Petroleum Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
3. AEE (Production) Chemical:
   • Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
4. AEE (Drilling) Mechanical/Petroleum:
   • Graduate Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
5. AEE (Mechanical/Electrical):
   • Graduate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
   • The CBT will consist of four sections: General Awareness, Subject Knowledge, English Language, and Aptitude Test.
   • Duration: 2 hours.
2. Shortlisting for Interview:
   • Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on their CBT scores.
   • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Personal Interview.
3. Final Selection:
