  • 50% of vacancies filled by transfer from approved probationers in any Subordinate Service/Last Grade Service of the Government of Kerala.

  • 50% of vacancies filled through direct recruitment.

3. Age Limit:

• Category No. 413/2023 (By Transfer Recruitment):

  • Must have completed 18 years as of 01.01.2023. No upper age limit.

  • Age between 18-36. Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 are eligible.

4. Qualifications:

  • SSLC
  • Diploma in Library Science or Certificate recognized by the Government
  • OR Degree in any subject with a Degree in Library Science

• Category No. 414/2023 (Direct Recruitment):

  • SSLC
  • Diploma in Library Science or Certificate recognized by the Government (Preference to Diploma holders)
  • OR Degree in any subject and Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized university.

5. Mode of Submitting Application:

• Candidates must register through 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' on the Kerala PSC website before applying.
