Position: Construction Manager (2 Openings)
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with construction methods, techniques, materials, building codes, and regulations.
- Utilize project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite for effective project management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working in India or the Gulf region.
- Open to candidates with both ECNR and ECR status.
