We are conducting a final client interview tomorrow, 19th May 2024, and we are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals to fill various positions in our steel foundry operations.

Interview Details

Date: 19th May 2024
Venue: Zone Connect by The Park, 39 Kalapatti Main Rd, Indira Nagar, Civil Aerodrome Post, Nehru Nagar West, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641014

Available Positions

1. Moulding In-Charge

• Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in steel foundry with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or 10 years with a BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expertise in the steel casting moulding process.
  • Strong skills in manpower handling and task completion.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.

2. Moulder

• Requirements:
  • Experience with the Omega moulding process.
  • Prior experience in a steel foundry.

3. Welder

• Requirements:
  • Experience in steel foundry welding, preferably with FCAW welding for at least 2 years.

4. Welder (TIG)

• Requirements:
  • TIG welding experience in a steel foundry.

5. CNC Operator

• Requirements:
  • ITI Machinist with 2-3 years of experience in operating a routing machine in a pattern shop/pattern making facility.
  • Ability to fabricate wooden structures.

6. Pattern Maker

• Requirements:
  • Experience in independently making patterns and working with steel foundry's pattern manufacturing and mounting.

7. Forklift Operator

• Requirements:
  • Valid license from any RTA in the UAE.

8. Fettling In-Charge

• Requirements:
  • Graduates or diploma holders in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in steel foundry fettling operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of steel casting heat treatment processes.
  • Proven ability to handle manpower and align task completion with production plans.
