Job Title: Gas Treatment Product Lead & Proposal Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 15,000 AED per month (inclusive of all benefits)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the field of pressure vessels

About the Role: As the Gas Treatment Product Lead & Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of gas treatment products, as well as spearheading the proposal process for prospective projects. This position requires a deep understanding of pressure vessels and a proven track record of successful leadership in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of gas treatment products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, from initial client engagement to final submission, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and project management to develop comprehensive proposals that address client needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to gas treatment products.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in gas treatment, with a focus on pressure vessels.
• Proven track record of successful leadership in product development and proposal management.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
